Yearly Summary

Another year is coming to a close. Time to reflect. Thanks to my brother I have practised for a few years a yearly summary. It is a good practice to put into perspective everything that happened. In this summary, you reflect on the following points:

• Meeting of the year
• Beautiful moment of the year
• Deed of the Year
• First time of the year
• Cultural experience of the year
• Pleasures of the Year
• Laughter or Joke of the Year
• Fear of the Year
• Stupidity of the Year
• Nail of the year
• Sadness of the year
• Lesson of the Year

In this context "Nail of the year" means an uncomfortable situation or person persistently perturbing throughout a certain period. For example, for me, it would be my chemistry project peers.

I suggest you try it out for yourself. It is great to reflect on your year while putting names and situations on events. If you have trouble remembering, I suggest going through your camera roll—it can be quite helpful!
